Chef Djailany van de Laarschot: "After working in various other kitchens for 18 years, my dream has finally come true! My own restaurant where I can share my unique style with my guests. The name NASTRIUM is derived from the English word 'nasturtium', a plant that I love to use in my dishes. My cooking technique is rooted in French cuisine, but you will often find elements of my Indonesian heritage in my dishes. Cooking is my passion!"
